  • The pairing system is Swiss-Dutch.
  • Arriving at the board over 60 minutes later than the scheduled starting time, forfeits the game.
  • Players have to respect dress code appropriate to the international profile of the event (swimsuit, undershirt and flip-flop are not allowed).
  • It is not allowed to keep any electronic device in the playing area. The reception of Ecoresort Le Sirenè Hotel is ready to take care of them for the players not staying at the hotel only and give them back to the owner upon presentation of an ID card.
  • In accordance with the RTF (Regolamento Tecnico Federale – federal technical regulation) issued by FSI – article 7.5.1, for the Master, Main and Rising tournaments it is possible to ask for a half-point bye just once, except in the last 3 (three) rounds scheduled. The request must be sent in advance by written e-mail to info@chesspro.it with the referee board as recipient, mentioning to which round the request is referred.
  • For anything not covered by this section of the website and by the flyer, the rules set in the FIDE international regulations in force at the time of registration apply. Registration implies acceptance and observance of what is stated here and of any changes made for the success of the event.

ATTENTION: it is also mandatory to confirm your presence by 1pm on 14/05/2022.
Any players failing to do so will not be paired for the first game round.
