“articolo 14, comma 2-quater del Decreto Legge 30 dicembre 2023 n.215 2-quater. Sulle somme di cui all’articolo 36, comma 6-quater, del decreto legislativo 28 febbraio 2021, n. 36, versate agli atleti partecipanti a manifestazioni sportive dilettantistiche dalla data di entrata in vigore della legge di conversione del presente decreto al 31 dicembre 2024, non si applicano le ritenute alla fonte previste dall’articolo 30, secondo comma, del decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 29 settembre 1973, n. 600, se l’ammontare complessivo delle somme attribuite nel suddetto periodo dal sostituto d’imposta al medesimo soggetto non supera l’importo di 300 euro; se l’ammontare è superiore a tale importo, le somme sono assoggettate interamente alla ritenuta alla fonte.”
RULES
- Players to participate in the tournament must have their own ID FIDE as required by FIDE rules in use in the Italian Chess Federation/FIDE events.
- All ITALIAN players present in the FIDE list must have FSI membership for the year 2024. If necessary, it will be possible to register at the game, but it is strongly recommended to do so in good time through your chess association.
- Pairing system: Swiss-Dutch.
- Arriving at the board 60 minutes later than the scheduled starting time, forfeits the game.
- Players have to respect dress code (vest, undershirt and flip flop are not allowed).
- It is not allowed to keep in the playing area any electronic device, reception of Ecoresort Le Sirenè Hotel is ready to take care them for players not stay in the hotel only. They will have to fill up proper document to give electronic device and to show identity card to get it back.
- Arbiter is defined by Italian Chess Federation and any decision taken by him/her is final.
- Organizers can allow 6 wild cards in the Master and Main tournaments to grant access to the upper tournament to players rated near the threshold or to players having remarkable titles or sporting merits but not the rating required.
- In the Master and in the Main Open electronic chess boards may be used and the related matches broadcast live with commentary for the benefit of the Italian and international chess community.
- In accordance with the RTF of FSI – art. 7.5.1 the players taking part to the Master, Main and Rising Open and to the Youth Open can ask only once for a bye, corresponding to ½ point, except for the last 3 (three) rounds and for the last 2 (two) rounds in the Youth Open. Request will be sent in advance by e-mail to the organizer to the attention of the arbiter direction by clicking here, indicating the round for which the bye is requested.
- For anything not covered by this announcement – event regulations and what is reported in addition to this site, the rules of the FIDE international regulations in force at the time of registration apply. Registration entails acceptance and compliance with what is stated herein and any changes made for the success of the event.
ATTENTION: for Master, Main and Rising tournaments it is also mandatory to confirm your presence by 2 pm on 25th May 2024. Failing to do so, the player will not be paired for the first round of play.
